Recovery depends on facts we do not control: the payment method, how much time has passed, where the money went and how the receiving side and the bank respond. If a case has no prospects, we say so instead of taking it.
Not a bank and not a regulator
We are not affiliated with any bank, payment system, regulator or law enforcement body, and we do not act on their behalf. We prepare and file claims on behalf of a client.
Watch out for imitators
We never ask for card details, passwords, one time codes from your bank or remote access to your device. Anyone asking for these while using our name is not us. The only code we ever send is a four digit code to confirm your own phone number in the form on this site.
